- Literal：People are classified into the hierarchy of two, a man of virtue (Saint = Ruler) and a dwarf (Ordinary man = Non-ruler) by Confucianism.
- Interpretation：A substrate layer religion in China and Korea is Confucianism. There are two races of a man of virtue and the dwarf in the country which assumes Confucianism national policy. When paraphrasing, on the presumption that a man of virtue and a dwarf exist, Confucianism is concluded.
