人の本性は、互いに「競う」ことです。何故なら、より優秀な子孫を残すためです。そのためには、各人は平等であってはならないのです。全ての人が平等になると、誰も努力しようとしません。The true character of the person is "I compete." each other. It's because more excellent offsprings are left. Each person isn't supposed to be equal for it. When all people become equal, no one tries to make an effort.
愛する妻子などが住んでいる「家庭、社会、国家」を守るために、男たちは互いに競い合うのです。その場合、平和な生活に波風が立つことがあります。For their wife and child who love to protect the home (society and state) which lives, men compete each other. Trouble is caused in a peaceful life in that case.
「互いに競い合う手段」として、国民は、大規模な戦争を選ぶのだろうか。それとも、国民は、小競り合いで満足するのであろうか。Do the people choose a large-scale war as "the means to compete each other"? Or are the people satisfied with a skirmish?
人類がこの世の生存競争に勝ち抜いて、生物の最上位を保ちながら生き続けるための手段を選ぶのは、あなたの権利です。It's your right that the mankind wins in competition and chooses the means to keep living while keeping the highest rank of a creature the life of this world.
したがって、個人的な自由よりも、そのための国家的合意が優先されます。Therefore national agreement for it is given priority to over personal freedom.
因みに基本的人権とは、人間が当然持つべき、一番土台となる権利。人種・性別・身分などによって差別されないこと、思想・信教の自由、集会・結社・表現の自由など。
