地球上の至る所に、歴史や文化があり、言語もそれぞれ異なっています。
The history and culture are everywhere on the earth, and the languages are different each, too.
今私共がそれらを理解しようとするとき、自分の体験したこと ‐ 宗教・教育・生活（政治経済） ‐ を土台に、自分の思想と参照しながら、自国語で読み下して、観照しつつ是非を評価することになります。
When we try to understand those now, it's read as its thought by a vernacular while referring to it, and the experience (religion, education and life = politics and economics) is passed on a foundation.
And the right or wrong will be estimated, contemplating that.
本稿は、「ラテン語の言葉」から翻訳された「日本語の言葉」を元に、その英語化を試みているものです。即ち、日本人が理解した「ラテン語の言葉」についてご紹介するものです。
As for this report, English tries becoming it for the cause by "Japanese words" translated from "words of the Latin". In other words, I introduce "words of the Latin" that a Japanese understood.
従って、言葉の基となるラテン語は、省略致しました。「郷に入っては、郷に従う Gou ni ittewa, gou ni shitagau.」の心境でご覧下さい。
Therefore I abbreviated Latin which becomes the base of the word. "I enter a village, and follows a village." please see it by feelings.
