2011年3月11日、「東日本大震災が発生するとともに、自衛隊に大規模震災派遣命令が下達され、10万人の自衛隊員が戦場に向かった。多くの隊員にとっての初めての戦場は、日本国内だった。そこで彼らが目にしたものは、普段目にしていた緑豊かな山河ではなかった。想像を絶する、汚泥と瓦礫と異臭と放射能の、地獄の戦場だった。
何故彼らは150日にわたる極限の日々の中で、その使命を果たしていけたのか。
祖国愛、同胞愛、使命感、責任感、任務達成感……。その理由は複合する。
では、使命感、責任感、任務達成感は、何によって発起され、継続し、拡大していくのか。 そこには自衛隊の合理的な仕事術がある。やる気を起こさせ、ムダを生まず、達成の喜びをもたらす自衛隊の仕事術だ」。
March 11, 2011, "When the Great East Japan Earthquake occurred, the Self-Defense Forces were ordered to perform large-scale earthquake disaster dispatch, and 100,000 Self-Defense officials went to the battlefield.
The first battlefield for many members was in Japan.
What they looked at was not the rich green mountains and rivers which were being seen usually then.
It was a battlefield of the hell of sludge, rubble, a nasty smell, and radioactivity which is beyond imagination.
They are every day of the limit over 150 days. Why could they achieve the mission?
it -- homeland love and a fellow being -- love, a sense of mission, a sense of responsibility, and a duty sense of accomplishment -- it is ....
The reason is compounded.
By what are such a sense of mission and a sense of responsibility, and a duty sense of accomplishment proposed, and are continued and expanded?
There, the rational work way of the Self-Defense Forces is.
It is a work way of the Self-Defense Forces which make a motivation cause, and do not induce futility but bring about joy of achievement."
