　信仰の自由を約束する。

　加盟圏において従前慣例的に上層位を形成している個人又は人格については、それらが引き続き人々の自力を促すべき恩恵が期待されると認められるものについては、［象徴］として崇めることができる、それは、人々の自主的な信仰に委ねられる。
