②世界総合圏の概要 Overview of the Global Comprehensive zone(GCZ)

　世界総合圏（以下総合圏と言う）構想を提言する
I propose Global Comprehensive zone Visiont (Hereinafter referred to as "GCZ").
　総合圏は世界各地域に点在する全ての個別圏の加盟を呼びかける。
GCZ calls for accession to all individual zones scattered throughout the world.

　総合圏は、全ての個別圏を包含する平穏で文化的で、経済的に豊かな社会を創出する統合組織である、その恩恵は全ての加盟圏の人々に平等に与えられる。
GCZ is an integrated organization that creates a peaceful, culturally and economically rich society that encompasses all the individual zones. That benefit is equally given to people in all Member countries.

◆圏の定義Defining a zone
　ここで言う圏とは世界各地に点在する独立国連合国及び僻地など異なる生活圏地域（離島を含む）など国に準ずる地域（自治権に準ずる自治組織を有していること）を含む。
The zone referred to here includes a region equivalent to the country (including autonomous organizations that comply with autonomy) including unlike allied countries that are scattered around the world and different living area (including isolated islands).
◆基本理念basic principle
　我々人類は何人（なんぴと）も繁栄と永遠な持続を望まない者はいない。
We humanity wants prosperity and eternal existence everyone.
　総合圏は世界の平和、人々の自由と平等を約束する。
GCZ promises world peace, freedom and equality.
　人々の幸福追求権はこれを約束する。
We promise the pursuit of happiness of people.
