①世界総合圏構想はじめに　緒言 Global Comprehensive zone Vision introduction

　我々人類は他の生物に比し類い稀な頭脳と英知を持って誕生し、有余地球上に生存する全ての生きとし生けるものの頂点に立って、生存し繁栄を続けてきたこれは、我々人類の最上の幸せであり　大きな喜びである。
よって我々はこの喜びを全ての人類の共通の資産として共有すべく意思統一しようではないか、
We human beings born with rare brains and wisdom as compared to other creatures. Since then, we are at the top of all living things that survive on the earth. This is the highest happiness of humanity.I will, however, unify this gratification to share this gratification as a common property of all humankind.

　私共はこのような大きな喜びを全ての人類は共有しなければなりません。
We have the task of having to share such a great gratification with all humanity.
　元より浅学菲才ではありますが、以下提言します。
